Who We Are
Lombardi House is a historic event venue in Hollywood, California, and a property of Bronson Hospitality — a family-owned hospitality group that operates multiple venues across Los Angeles, including Serra on Vine, Casita Hollywood, Vermont Hollywood, and Studio Eleven43.
Our blog is produced by the Lombardi House content team in collaboration with event industry professionals. Contributors include in-house staff with direct experience in venue management, event coordination, and hospitality, as well as external writers with subject-matter expertise in weddings, corporate events, and Los Angeles culture.
While Lombardi House is owned and managed by Bronson Hospitality, our editorial process operates independently. Content decisions — including topic selection, venue evaluation, and publishing — are made by the Lombardi House in-house team without direction or influence from the parent company.
Our Editorial Purpose
We publish content to help event planners, couples, corporate teams, and individuals make informed decisions when choosing venues and planning events in Los Angeles. Our goal is to provide practical, accurate, and genuinely useful information — not to serve as a promotional channel disguised as editorial content.
How We Select Venues for Lists and Guides
Many of our blog posts feature curated lists of event venues across Los Angeles. Venues included in these lists are selected based on a rigorous screening of the following criteria:
- Guest capacity and event flexibility
- Quality of amenities and services offered
- Location and accessibility
- Atmosphere and suitability for specific event types
- Public reputation, including reviews on third-party platforms
- Unique characteristics that differentiate the venue
The non-inclusion of any venue in our lists is not an indication of its quality. With over 12 years in the Los Angeles events industry, our team selects venues based on the availability of specific, verifiable information on their website — such as guest capacity, event types supported, amenities, and services — because we know from experience that these details matter when planning a specific type of event. If a venue meets our criteria but is not included, it is simply a reflection of the practical limitations of a listicle format, not a judgment on the venue itself.
The order in which venues appear does not imply ranking or preference. Venues are arranged to provide a logical reading experience for the audience, not to position any venue above another.
Inclusion in any list is editorial and is not paid or sponsored.
Ownership Disclosure
Lombardi House, Serra on Vine, Casita Hollywood, Vermont Hollywood, and Studio Eleven43 are all properties of Bronson Hospitality. The inclusion of any Bronson Hospitality property in our listicles is based purely on the same evaluation process applied to every other venue. Not all listicles include all Bronson properties, and some may include none. If a Bronson Hospitality venue does not demonstrate the specific characteristics or accommodations relevant to a particular event type, it is not included in that list — regardless of ownership.
Every blog post that includes a Bronson Hospitality property carries a disclosure notice near the top of the article, clearly identifying the relationship. We believe transparency about our ownership is essential to maintaining reader trust.
Editorial independence is maintained regardless of ownership. Bronson Hospitality does not direct, review, or approve blog content prior to publication.

We avoid unsubstantiated superlative claims such as “best,” “top,” or “#1” when describing venues — including our own. Descriptive language is used to convey the character and features of a venue without implying a competitive ranking that cannot be independently verified.
When factual claims are made — such as guest capacity, year built, or services offered — they are based on information provided directly by the venue or sourced from verified public records.

Our content may link to third-party websites, including venue websites, review platforms, and industry resources. These links are provided for reader convenience and informational purposes. Lombardi House does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites.
Use of AI in Content Creation
